This Dry Powder Mixing Machine have three parts, that is the rotary tank, swinging fram and machine frame. Rotary tank is installed on the swinging frame, it is supported by four contact rollers and its axial location is done by two stop wheels. Among the four support contact rollers, under rotating power system two drive wheels make the tank ratate. Swinging frame is driven by a group of crankshaft swinging bar. Crankshaft swinging bars are installed on the machine frame, and swinging frame is supported on the machine frame by bearing parts. This Powder Blending Machine is one of the most important Mixing Machine.
The drum of the Powder Mixer Machine can carry out two movements simultaneously: one is the rotation of the drum and the other is the oscillation of the drum along with the oscillating frame. While the materials to be mixed carry out rotation, turning and mixing along with the drum, they also make reciprocating mixing movement along with the oscillation of the drum. Under joint action of the two movements, the materials are sufficiently mixed within a short time. The Powder Blender Machine is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials.
