Brief introduction of the function: The inner and outer diameter spirals mounted on the stirring shaft drive the material inside the cylinder, so that the agitator can turn the animal material in the largest range in the cylinder. On the structure of the agitator, the spiral is designed to be internally and externally, and the left and right sides are opposite spirals. When the agitator is working, the inner spiral rotates the material near the axial center to rotate the shaft, and the inner side is pushed to the sides, and the outer spiral drives the material close to the wall. Rotation, the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside, thus causing convection circulation, shearing and mixing of the material in the cylinder, and the material is quickly and uniformly mixed in a short time.

The bottom material discharging mode of the ribbon mixer: the powder material adopts the pneumatic large opening door structure, which has the advantages of quick discharging and no residual. The high-fine material or semi-fluid material adopts manual butterfly valve or pneumatic butterfly valve, and the manual butterfly valve is economical and applicable. Pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing properties for semi-fluids, but they are more expensive than manual butterfly valves. The jacket can be configured where heating or cooling is required.

The heating method has two types: electric heating and heat conduction oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating rate is slow, the energy consumption is high, and the heat transfer oil heating needs to be equipped with oil pan and oil guiding power, pipeline, and the investment is large, but the heating speed is fast. , low energy consumption.
