For example, in a pharmaceutical factory in Shijiazhuang, there was a phenomenon that the open-type boiling dryer was used to flash fire.
The needs of customers are our mission. In view of the above situation, our company refers to foreign advanced technologies (disc drying closed-circuit system, spray drying closed-circuit system), and gathers more than a dozen experts. After three years of continuous research and development and practice, it was developed in 2004. The first series of closed-circuit boiling dryers with independent intellectual property rights (mainly boiling dryers, derived from box-type boiling dryers, vibrating fluidized beds, etc.) and obtained national patents. After a lot of customer feedback and technological innovation in the past 9 years, the structure code of the equipment has been progressively increased by as many as 10. Compared with the first generation, fundamental structural changes have been made twice, and other details have been improved more than 20 times. The equipment has obtained 14 patents. There are 4 patents in application, and the current market share reaches 90%.
